The hotel had nice rooms with everything we needed and more; however, it lacked basic amenities like conditioner. The laundry service was very handy. The service was lovely, especially when helping us find complementary amenities like water. The location was central but not close to many restaurants within walking distance. The dining was good but not exceptional, catering well to vegans with a variety of soup options.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The convenient laundry service was a lifesaver, and the room had everything I could possibly need and more. It was nicely decorated and well-appointed, although I did miss having conditioner available. The service was top-notch, with the staff even going out of their way to direct us when we needed help. The location was perfect for me, being close to the communal areas, although I wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was good overall, but I felt like it didn't quite match the beautiful ambiance of the venue. The facilities were fantastic, offering dry cleaning, laundry, a welcome drink, and even a lovely happy hour.
